Return Policy

Thanks so much for purchasing products at Timletsgo.com, operated by Tim Van den Broeck.

Eligibility

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 business days of receiving it for exchange or store-credit ONLY.

Final Sale items and custom orders do not qualify for return. Items purchased from any retail store can not be returned to the Online Store.

The return product must be in the original condition and undamaged in any way. In case the item arrived damaged, please include photos of the damage (item + packaging).

Return procedure

To initiate a return, please email bumbermunch@gmail.com and include the following information:

- Your name (and the name on the order, if relevant)

- Item info: title, size, date of purchase, purchase price (please include a screenshot or pdf of the receipt if applicable)

- The reason for requesting a return

- If the item arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage (item + packaging)

Next steps will be provided.

Refunds

Your exchange or store-credit refund will be processed when the return has been received, inspected and additional. No cash back.

Shipping costs

Sorry, (return) shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Packaging

All goods are carefully wrapped in a plastic sleeve and shipped in a cardboard or bubble wrap envelope to protect your order on the way.

Handling time

Orders take 1-2 weeks to ship. During big print releases/sales orders may take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to ship. Longer fulfilment times will be noted in the product description.

Exceptions can be made for urgent deliveries (e.g. birthdays, Christmas, etc.), if possible and at an additional cost depending the circumstances. Please take note that, due to delays of postal services, a speedy process can’t always be guaranteed.

Please mention anything important or urgent concerning your order in the “Note” section. Or email bumbermunch@gmail.com with your request and order number.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is very important because if you haven’t received the order confirmation mail, the order is not valid yet.

Shipping prices

Prices of shipping and methods of shipping available:

Studio pick-up: free and available on an agreed upon time and date.

Local delivery (< 5 km around my studio in Berchem, BE): 4€.

National shipping (Belgium): 2-6€ (depending on size and weight).

European shipping: 5-9€ (depending on size and weight).

Rest of the world: 6-14€ (depending on size and weight).

Payment Information (what payment forms are accepted)

The Online Store currency is Euro. Payment is possible with credit card or Paypal.

International Shipping Information

Timletsgo ships internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, custom clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We don’t collect this beforehand and can’t give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research and be ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders are not shipped to P.O. boxes.

All orders require a street address.

Orders only ship on business days (mon-fri).

Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

Tracking of packages is not available at this time.

Sold out

If an item is labeled as limited edition and sells out, it will not return in this format.

Colours of items can vary depending on the monitor.
